All sellers and listing packages include full agent representation. You can expect to receive a full consultation with market analysis, strategic pricing opinion, and duties of trust, loyalty, confidentiality, accounting, and disclosure to seller. As your agent, I will prepare and assist with all forms, contracts, and communications between parties. Listing broker or representative will be present at closing, but may not be present at showings (when being shown by another agent), appraisals or inspections.

Per Indiana License Law and recent NAR changes, our MLS does not advertise compensation to buyer’s agents. Cooperating commission and concessions are no longer allowed to be communicated via the MLS. All commissions below are specific to seller representation fees.

A buyer using an agent or broker must have a separate agreement with their agent regarding compensation. A buyer may include in any offer a request to the seller to pay the Buyer’s Agent’s compensation, or to reimburse the buyer to allow the buyer to do so. This is negotiable.

Below are listing options when listing a home or vacant land for sale with Lisa. All compensation amounts are fees between the seller and the listing brokerage only and do not include any commissions or compensation to a buyer’s agent or agency.
