Lisa Wozniakowski started Blue Ribbon Realty in 2020 because she believes in a better real estate experience. Lisa has been a licensed real estate broker and REALTOR for over 20 years, and she was the President of the Northwest Indiana REALTOR Association in 2024. Previously battling a rare form of leukemia in 2013-2014, Lisa learned quickly that everyone needs an advocate, as she had to advocate for herself during her cancer battle. Lisa strives to be an advocate for her clients, whether buying or selling.

Lisa is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), a proud member of the Indiana Association of REALTORS (IAR), and a member of both Northwest Indiana REALTOR Association (NIRA) and White County Association of REALTORS (WCAR). Lisa has sat on the NIRA MLS Board of Directors, NAR Board of Directors, and the NIRA Board of Directors (2022 Treasurer, 2023 President-Elect, 2024 President) and many professional committees & taskforces.
